Here and Now Church Initiative

Joel and Holly Slater along with their four kids, Finn, True, Brave, and Scotland live in Valparaiso, Indiana where they are starting a multiplication home church model. Prior to moving to the midwest the Slaters were pastoring a church in San Francisco. Because of statewide closures during the pandemic, the family made the cross-country move to be near their extended family. Right away the Slaters connected with a local church where they served faithfully for two years until God revealed a need for more Bible churches in their area. Joel and Holly are excited about this new opportunity to join with other believers to see God's kingdom grow in their community.
