Agape Christian Fellowship (ACF) is a multicultural, multiethnic church currently reaching 18 different nationalities every weekend. Post-Covid, ACF has experienced exponential growth and is now looking for plant multiple campuses as God opens new doors.
Naples, FL home of our newest church plant is a growing city with new families moving here daily. We seek to plant a gospel centered, relevant, and kingdom focused church that will reach millennials and Gen-Z.
We are currently meeting at Vineyards Elementary school while looking for a permanent location. Our reach is broad because of the diversity of our staff and core team. We are super excited to be on mission with God and Converge as we impact more people for eternity.
Mercidieu “Phil” Phillips is a transformational leader whose passion is to positively touch people’s lives and affect holistic change. He is a much sought-after conference speaker and teacher. Dr. Phil is the founder and senior pastor of Agape Christian Fellowship, a fast growing multi-ethic church with two campuses. He also planted Hosanna. Worship Center in Miami, FL. He served as the church planting director for Converge Southeast. Dr. Phil has traveled the globe equipping, empowering and mentoring leaders to break barriers.
He is the author of numerous books, including his latest best seller, Navigating Defining Moments. He has also written dozens of published articles on family, organizational development, and leadership. Since
Dr. Phil enjoys calling Southwest Florida home with his wife, Emma and two adult children, Jehiel and Hadassah.
