My name is Abram Delgado, and I have had the privilege of serving as pastor of Casa de Oración in Round Lake, IL for the past 10 years. During this time, we have seen God’s hand working powerfully in our favor and in our community.
Today, I also have the honor of serving as part of the Converge MidAmerica staff (MSC), focusing on strengthening Hispanic churches. This is a vast and much-needed field, as the Latino church in the U.S. continues to grow rapidly but also needs structure, programs, training, and—most importantly—the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
This responsibility includes 11 states in the U.S. as well as the work we began four years ago in Converge Mexico. Our desire is to raise up, equip, and walk alongside Hispanic pastors and leaders so that their churches may be healthy, multiplying, and impactful in their communities.
To accomplish this, I am seeking pastors and churches willing to collaborate financially in this vision. Contributions will be used to:

Cover expenses for training events.

Sponsor pastors who are in need.

Support mission trips, such as the one we carried out this summer with three Converge churches along with personal costs for trips and ministry.
I have been connected to Converge for approximately 14 years. Since planting our church, we went through the processes and programs that Converge provides. Now, looking ahead, I am convinced that the mission is clear and the task is great: to serve and equip Latino pastors and leaders in Converge MSC.
