MAP - Minister Assistant Program
Providing a safe place for pastors and their families to go find timely, completely anonymous counsel.
The Minister’s Assistance Program is one way Converge MSC lives out its mission to relentlessly serve pastors. MAP provides counseling reimbursement for MSC affiliated lead/senior pastors and their families as an act of benevolence—recognizing that life and ministry can be stressful and that caring for pastors is essential.
In 2025, MAP served 26 pastors, spouses, and ministry children, reimbursing 242 counseling sessions. Each session represents care, healing, and support for those faithfully serving the Church.
