Lakeside Church Initiative

Lakeside church is being planted in Winter Haven, Florida with the mission to help people learn how to follow Jesus. It is our desire to see as many people as possible come into a personal relationship with Jesus and then follow Him all of the days of their life. As people learn how to follow Jesus they will become more like Jesus, desire to lead others to Jesus, and see the people they lead to Jesus lead others to Him as well. As we do this we hope and pray that we will see a harvest of souls saved, lives changed, and a city transformed. 

 

But, bigger than just seeing Winter Haven changed, our vision is to see all of Central Florida learn how to follow Jesus. We will be committed from day one to raise up leaders to be sent out to plant churches. 

 

This will require significant investment from many people to see this mission and vision realized. We are praying for those who are called to join us on the launch team and for those who are called to partner with us financially. We know that doing anything significant for the Kingdom of God requires sacrifice from many. 

 

Please pray for how God would like to use you to partner with Lakeside Church. Jesus said, "the harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few..” We have answered the call to be laborers into His harvest, and we cannot wait to see the harvest of souls that will be saved as a result of us planting Lakeside Church!
