Changing the face of nations, by changing the hearts of the people. While traveling and teaching in many Caribbean countries and CARICOM member states, Raoul and Karen recognized similar deficiencies in churches and leaders. Most Caribbean pastors are bi-vocational and in some cases, because of the size and state of the church or ministry where they serve, personal funds must be used to keep the church alive and doors open. There is a lot of untapped potential in these countries, and many pastors have shared the desire to study and be trained at a higher level of biblical comprehension and pastoral care. However, this is not possible because of financial situations. The Armbristers are working to teach, train and develop transformational leaders and to plant multiplying churches throughout the Caribbean. Both gave up secular careers, dedicating their lives to making the world a better place by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.
